Office of Professorial Appointments

The Office of Professorial Appointments is responsible for any issues regarding professorial appointments for W1, W2 and W3 professors (not including the Faculty of Medicine) according to the state’s legal regulations and for salary increments due to negotiations concerning the offer of a professorship or retention negotiations, as well as exercising transfer options.
The Office also advises and offers help for questions regarding the recruitment, appointment and retention procedures for professors. It administers the procedure for granting salary increments.
