Stress measurement
Duration: approx. 5 minutes
Location: Hans-Fallada-Str. 11
Stress measurement/heart rate variability (HRV) can be analysed precisely and comfortably using a heart rate sensor on a chest strap. A short-term measurement usually only takes 5 minutes, during which you sit or lie down in a relaxed position. The results will be analysed immediately after the measurement. When discussing the results, it is important for us to put them in relation to your physical and psychological situation and, if necessary, to help you find ways to strengthen your ability to regulate your autonomic system.
