Too little exercise, an unbalanced diet, job-related stress, environmental pollution - today's everyday life does not make it easy to stay physically and mentally healthy in the long run. On top of that, there is little time to do anything for one's own health on top of your work, family and household commitments. And then there's also one's weaker self, which always wants to have its say... If you would like to change this, we have just what you need:
RV Fit is a free training programme provided by the German Pension Insurance for the north of Germany with elements of exercise, nutrition and stress management that predominantly takes place alongside your general work life.
