The active breaks are an effective way to stretch, move and gain fresh energy. The exercises can be designed to be simple and varied in order to address different needs and fitness levels. These active breaks can relieve physical tension, promote circulation and increase concentration. In this way, they not only contribute to physical health, but also support general well-being.
