Account & Login Details
The University Computer Centre automatically provides you with a personal user account. You will need this user account to be able to use central digital services, such as email or WiFi. You can manage your account via the Account Administration.
Activating your automatically generated user account
In your first few days at work, you will receive a formal letter, the so-called “Accounteröffnungsschreiben” (account opening letter), which contains all the vital information.
Please register in the Account Administration with the credentials provided in the letter and change the password on the left under the menu item “My Profile” and “Password”.
Now you are ready to go! At least on the technological front, nothing else stands between you and your work at the university. You can now use the services offered by the University Computer Centre.
