Forms for the recruitment of student and graduate assistants
In order to minimise the administrative burden for all areas concerned and to provide the student assistants with good professional training and development and planning security, the institutions must take a number of points into account.
As employment as a student assistant may only commence once the employment contract has been signed, the application must be received by the Human Resources Department in good time so that the subsequent procedural steps can be completed on schedule, before the planned start of employment. This requires the application to be received by the Human Resources Department at least two weeks before the start of employment.
