Request a Project Room in OpenProject

The project management tool OpenProject will be available for employees of the University of Greifswald to manage projects. The application is provided by the E-Administration Office.

To open a project space, the project leader must submit a request through the ticketing system. The person making the request will automatically assume the role of project leader and, as such, will be responsible for the project.

Information for project managers

After opening the desired project room in OpenProject, each project manager is responsible for configuring, administering and maintaining their project.

  • The E-Administration Office provides no in-depth user support for this application.

  • Each project manager is independently responsible for arranging and conducting training sessions (as well as covering the related costs) and for clarifying questions regarding the features of OpenProject.
