Procedure
First things first: Your issue will be treated with utmost discretion and confidentiality. Information will not be forwarded and no measures will be taken without receiving specific instruction from you.
You can voice your concerns by sending an email to beschwerdemanagementuni-greifswaldde, by calling us or in person.
Your matter will be handled confidentially by the Gender Equality Officer, who will investigate background information and establish contacts. You will of course receive a confirmation of receipt and information about the course of proceedings.
The next steps will then be discussed with you. A decision will also be made as to whether the members of staff handling the complaint shall approach the responsible contacts or whether you will receive advice and support for tackling the issues yourselves. You will receive constant updates throughout the process about actions taken and progress made.
