Start of degree course: enrolment for the degree course is only possible in the winter semester
Teaching language: English and German. The teaching language of the basic modules and the majority of the elective modules is English, so it is possible to study the degree course solely in English.

Admission requirements:
- An undergraduate degree in the field of landscape ecology or other areas of biology, agriculture and forestry. Applicants who do not meet this requirement can be admitted as special applicants, provided that they have completed their first undergraduate degree course successfully with a clear environmental and nature conservation profile.
- proven proficiency of English at a level of at least B2 of the “Common European Framework of Reference for Languages”
(e.g. equivalent to seven years of English lessons at school), further equivalents: FCE, TOEFL (CBT) 213, TOEFL (IBT) 80, TOEFL (PBT) 550, TOEIC 785, IELTS 6.0)
