Internationalisation of Teaching Degrees

Dealing correctly with cultural diversity is becoming increasingly important for professional, academic and intercultural communication in several professions. This also applies especially to future teachers, preparing for school routines in a realm that is shaped by cultural diversity. The aim of this sub-project is to develop and test concepts for the further internationalisation of teacher-training degree courses. In particular, the sub-project plans to develop and realise a concept for an additional work-related qualification, ‘bilingual teaching and learning’, on the basis of current research results, best practice examples and comparative studies.
